EQUIPMENT NEEDED

• Helmets - High School (Preferred helmet is the Cascade models R or S).  Youth (black preferred)
• Mouth guard (must have color)
• Shoulder Pads (must meet NOCSAE performance standard ND200 and have appropriate NOCSAE label on pads)
• Arm Protection
• Gloves - High School is required to have black gloves (black must be the majority of the base color).
• Cup
• Cleats
• Lacrosse Shaft & Head
• Pads (optional) for Ribs, Back and Kidneys
